Position:

Dynamysk has openings for 2 - Procurement Administrators to join our E/I team in northern Alberta.  We are looking for Procurement/Purchasing Administrators with a minimum of 2-3 years of
procurement experience dealing with electrical & instrumentation parts/equipment with preferable experience in the Oil/Gas/SAGD industries.   Exceptional ability to work with vendors, gather
documentation, meet extreme deadlines, set up spreadsheets, monitor site requests, locate and monitor equipment as needed.  This is a new position, so flexibility is paramount as the job
scope gets defined.  Position to start by end of September and run for 6 - 12 months, client dependent.  The job will involve weekly flights to site, working back to back shifts.
Main Responsibilities:
Creating purchase requisitions and generating purchase orders.
Creating open order reports, tracking status.
Contacting vendors for quotes.
Verify quantities and update spreadsheet daily.
Arrange procurement, receive and reconcile project material deliverables.
Executing Purchase orders from a variety of demand sources.
Quick reaction to demand changes.
Ensuring product delivered on time with cost quoted.
Prepare and arrange for delivery of mail and other items between field and office.
Process material packing slips to verify quantities and receipt of materials.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
A minimum of 2-3 years of Electrical/Instrument Procurement experience in Oil/Gas & SAGD industries.
Purchasing educational background or strong professional experience.
Possible electrical background would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to prioritize independently to fast paced, changing demands.
Ability to work under extreme pressure at times and multi-task as needed.
Ability to work at a northern site with weekly rotation.
Ability to job share with counterpart when you are on week off.
Strong self starter.
