We are a well-established, stable, 16 year old company where the very first three employees of the company are still employees to this day. Our customers depend on us to provide them with services and solutions that help keep their facilities running smoothly. That’s a serious responsibility and we take it very seriously. But we know how to have fun too!
We are an employee owned company, which means employees are eligible to purchase shares in the company after a certain period of employment. We also have a competitive benefits plan including extended healthcare, profit sharing outside of share ownership, and paid vacation time.
Sometimes life needs to come before work, and at Dynamysk we get that. Office-based employees have alternating Fridays off to make it easier to coordinate medical appointments, errands that can only be done during the work week, or just to enjoy a sunny Friday off.
From Stampede breakfasts to BBQ lunches, from lunchtime cribbage tournaments (and yes there’s a trophy for bragging rights!) to evening darts challenges, mini golf to Christmas parties in the Rockies, we play just as hard as we work.
Opportunities with Dynamysk can be based in either of our two Alberta office locations (Calgary and Sherwood Park) or anywhere across Canada if the work is primarily at a customer site.
