On Demand Webinar
Completions projects typically result in thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of tasks that must be tracked and managed, checklists that must be filled out and approved, and documents that must be tagged and filed.
The sheer quantity of data being managed presents a significant challenge when it is done using paper based systems.
Digital completions provides a much more streamlined and accessible way to manage projects, when some basic workflow and data management best practices are followed.
During this webinar you will learn:
- Key differences between paper-based and digital completions
- 9 risks and challenges associated with paper based completions and how digital completions mitigates them
- Considerations for a good digital completions workflow, including data security
- 5 additional ways the data gathered during digital completions can improve the efficiency of your teams post-project
The presenters will share stories from their experience in the field to help illustrate key takeaways from the session.
